  • Avoid distraction disruption.

In this module we will identify, analyze and address exhaustively your high performance blockers, such as burnout, exhaustion, stress, self-sabotage and distraction.

Clarity Audit and High Performance Reignition

  • Get full clarity in terms of what is required to achieve peak performance following the High Performance Audit

  • Visualize peak performance.

  • Reignite your peak performance.

In this module we will take a step further towards reigniting your peak performance.

MODULE 6

Peak Performance Cycle Education

  • Educate you on the four phases of the Peak Performance cycle, including release and active recovery.

  • Help you implement proper release and recovery routines.

  • How to struggle gracefully before reaching Peak Performance.

The first step required to reach peak performance is for you to understand the High Performance Cycle. This will allow you to get comfortable with the struggle phase and make progress gracefully towards peak performance.
